Mary Lou has authored two books. Her most recent book is a workbook developed from her work as a coach and her c-suite experience. It has tools and exercises to help clients best utilize their talents and enjoy their lives.
Her first book as co-authored with Don Trone and integrates the three subjects of leadership, stewardship and governance. It contains models, frameworks and real-life examples of leadership in action. Inspiring leaders from the playground to the mountaintop, the boardroom and the battlefield to the hospital bedside. Leaders inspire a better world wherever they go.
Mary Lou has 30 years of leadership experience working with Fortune 100 and Fortune 1000 companies. She has held leadership positions at Procter and Gamble and International Paper, and P&L, President, COO and board positions at for-profit and not-for-profit organizations.
Mary Lou holds an MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management in Marketing and Organizational Behavior, and BA in Business Management and Economic, Cum Laude from North Carolina State University. She is a certified coach by the International Coaching Federation and is certified as a Professional Behaviors Analyst (CPBA) and Professional Motivators Analyst (CPMA).
